Heart & Soul magazine is sponsoring a health conference from October 16-October 19 in Nashville,TN. This sounds like what alot of us need to help keep our sanity and running everyone's life and sometimes our own.
There will be a Divas Against Disparities Benefit Concert. Mary Mary,Angie Stone and Lalah Hathaway will perform. There will be health screenings, workshops and seminars.
Get your girls together and get on your way. You know you deserve it.
