His motivational qualities prove that he can be a great leader. If he can move 250 thousand people to come and hear him speak, people who are not even going to be directly affected by his policies, and they were still motivated to come out in great numbers to listen to him speak, then that means he has the motivational qualities to get people to come together and unite to accomplish things they never dreamed of like eradicating racism.
